Teversal Grange league run last night was very kind to us with the weather but the hills haven't got any better. Well done to the runners that took part, everyone as usual gave everything they had. The trophy presentation at the end saw Malcolm our Chairman pick up the life time achievement award as unanimously voted by you, he was especially impressed with the bottle of wine he got as well (pictures to follow). Welcome to Rob Milton who ran for the first time.

Tuesday 8th May we held the Alvaston park 5k event. Thank you to all of the runners involved who really made it a good night of running. Everyone had a really good run and no doubt have improved or dusted off the cobwebs ready for the subsequent events to come. Special mention to Jackie, Matt, Mick, Rebecca and Josh who participated for the first time. Welcome back to Chris, we've missed you and also to Paul who ran with us for the first time.
